Having found his passion for whisky in 2005, Philippe Letellier pursued his talents as a bartender at Pub l’Île Noire in Montreal as well as the 132 Bar Vintage, which was ranked as one of the 10 best cocktail bars in Montreal.

Having a multitude of talents, Philippe also has helped produce some how-to videos, one of which is his signature drink The Golden Glen.

He knew that this love story would not only last but would become his dream job as the Whiskeys Ambassador for the Corby group.

The Golden Glen

– 1.5oz The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve
– 1oz honey syrup
– 1oz pear nectar
– 0.5oz lemon juice

Technique

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and add ice cubes. Shake vigorously and pour in an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Decorate with a few thin slices of pear.
